Shipping and Delivery
We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not liable for unforeseen delays caused by courier partners.
If you have a time-sensitive order, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be altered.
If an order is not accepted at delivery and has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return in line with our return policy.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are non-returnable.
Any damages must be reported within 4–6 hours of delivery, along with photos/videos for review.
We do not offer express shipping for bulk orders. However, we aim to deliver within 5–7 business days, depending on location. Heavier shipments may take 10–15 business days.
Returns & Store Credits
To initiate a return, please contact us for approval before sending anything back. Return requests are typically reviewed within 48 hours.
Approved returns will undergo a quality check. If passed, the amount will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
